Granny Mae

She was the kindest, most loving, caring, and beautiful person. She loved her family and anyone that knew her adored her. I will miss you so much Granny Mae. Our lives will forever be changed now that you are gone. Thank you for all the love and wonderful memories.

Just LIKE my Daddy!?!

Jackson's Grandma and Pa bought him his very first guitar last weekend! The guitar is real wood, he has his own pick, and the strings are real! Happy picking to my sweet little boy!

Happy Mother's Day!

Okay... I know that this is a picture of my husband and it's titled "Happy Mother's Day," but I loved this picture of Jonathan! Jonathan was getting ready to cook a Mother's Day Lunch for me and I snapped this photo of him making a silly face! I had the most wonderful mother's day thanks to him! Jonathan and Jackson gave me a beautiful white gold necklace with Jackson's birthstone Sunday morning. They gave it to me as we were getting ready for church (which is why we were late for church... I had to change outfits to show off my new piece of jewelry!) Jackson was too cute helping me open my gift! I adore my husband and son and I hope everyone can be as blessed as I have!

Jungle Gym Fun!

Jackson and I went to the jungle gym one afternoon and he had such an amazing time! He is so fun to watch as he tries to figure things out. He loved the swings and the slides. When we saw the BIG tires he got so excited. (I think he thought they went on our Jeep). He is at such an amazing and fun age right now... except for his occasional fits. When it came time to leave he was not a happy. He got so mad and threw his pacifer down. I made it home with him screaming "No, No, No!" What a day!

A mothers love

Jackson and I went to the civic cent to take pictures of my younger brother Zack for his Senior Prom.... I can not believe he is that old! Jackson was getting really sleepy and my mom took this picture of him giving me "love." I adore when Jackson hugs or kisses me. It just make my heart warm. I would love to keep him in this loving stage forever, but as the days, months, and years will go by I know this will change. This made me think about my mom and how I need to remind her more how much she means to me and my family!
